FFDM TIVOLY manufactures drills for dental implants according to customer’s specifications.

As a result of our 20 years of experience in this field, we manufacture on CNC machines a large range of implant drills (cylindrical, conical, stepped…).

The common characteristics of FFDM implant drills are high cutting power, corrosion resistance and utmost reliability.

After receipt of the customer's specifications, we realize the drawings for acceptance. The production is certified ISO13485 and ISO 9001.

We control the machining of many kinds of medical stainless steel: it gives to our drills an excellent resistance to the corrosion. Coating, heat treatment, electro-polishing, laser marking, color coding are also specialties controlled by FFDM TIVOLY.
